In partnership with Pepsi, we told the story of Aretha Franklin’s impact on music, her family and Detroit all through the eyes of her Grandson, aspiring recording artist, JONAH.

As a part of our year long series, Full of Detroit Soul, we pulled old family footage, vintage Pepsi commercials and even remixed Aretha’s hit song, “Daydreaming” to commemorate her memory along with the release of the movie “Respect”.
